The Customer Centered Design (CCD) Challenge Round 2 hosted 77 teams and concluded with 11 teams presenting at the White House Learning Exchange and Celebration in 2016. The CCD Round 2 Booklet features the teams' projects in their own words.
Additionally, the Booklet introduces readers to the CCD process, the Round 2 team demographics, and features the teams' stories and concludes with a resource page to find additional information about customer centered design.
With almost all modern browsers you can hold down the Ctrl key on your key board (Command key on a Macintosh) and press the + (plus) key to increase the text size or - (minus) key to reduce the text size.
